Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 4 cups kale leaves chopped
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup red onion
  • Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Topping
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds

Method
 

  1. Wash and chop kale leaves.
  2. Massage kale with a little olive oil.
  3. Dice vegetables.
  4. Mix dressing ingredients.
  5. Toss salad with dressing and add toppings.
