Ingredients

  • 1 cup kidney beans
  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 1 cup green beans
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Topping
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • ¼ cup red onion

Method
 

  1. Drain and rinse the beans.
  2. Chop tomatoes and onion.
  3. Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Combine beans and vegetables.
