Ingredients
  

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Sauce
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon chili flakes optional
  • Topping
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • ¼ cup cooked chicken or pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Place tortillas on a baking tray and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and add your toppings.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese melts and edges turn golden.
  6. Let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
