Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Filling / Flavor
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Topping
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan optional

Method
 

  1. Slice potatoes into wedges.
  2. Toss with oil and seasonings.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  4. Grill for 15–20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Brush with butter, garnish, and serve.

  • Store leftovers in fridge up to 4 days
