Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Pat chicken drumsticks dry and place them in a large bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and sprinkle the seasoning mixture. Toss well to coat evenly.
- Arrange the drumsticks on the prepared baking tray.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Optional: brush with honey butter glaze before serving.
