Method
- Bring salted water to a boil and cook pasta until tender. Drain and set aside
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently until warm and slightly thickened
- Stir in parmesan cheese gradually until the sauce becomes smooth
- Toss cooked pasta with the sauce until evenly coated
- Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan before serving
