Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegetable broth

  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Filling
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • Topping
  • ¼ cup fresh basil
  • Extra parmesan for serving

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot and sauté onion until soft.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Pour in broth and crushed tomatoes, then add pasta and seasonings.
