Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Filling
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded chicken optional
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Topping
  • 1 tbsp herbs
  • ½ tsp chili flakes

Method
 

  1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. Mix filling ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Layer cheese and filling between bread slices.
  4. Grill on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Rest briefly, slice, and serve warm.
