Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 4 ears corn
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup cucumber
  • ¼ cup red onion
  • Filling Dressing
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Topping
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • ½ tsp chili flakes

Method
 

  1. Grill corn until lightly charred.
  2. Cool and cut kernels off the cob.
  3. Chop all vegetables evenly.
  4. Mix dressing ingredients until smooth.
  5. Combine everything and mix gently.
  6. Add toppings and let sit before serving.
