Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Filling / Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Topping
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until lightly golden.
  3. In the same pan, add garlic, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Stir until warm.
  4. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour the sauce over the top.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan and mozzarella cheese evenly.
  6. Bake until the sauce bubbles and the chicken is fully cooked.
  7. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
