Ingredients
  

  • For the Chicken Base
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • For the Creamy Filling
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • For the Topping
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ cup crispy breadcrumbs

Method
 

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the chicken until lightly golden.
  3. Add heavy cream and chicken broth to the pan and stir until smooth.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the creamy mixture over it.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella, parmesan, cheddar, and breadcrumbs evenly on top.
  6. Bake until the top becomes golden and the sauce bubbles around the edges.
  7. Allow the dish to rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  • For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms or spinach.
  • Freshly grated cheese melts better than packaged cheese.
  • If the sauce thickens during reheating, add a splash of broth.
