Ingredients
  

  • For the Base / Bread
  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 tsp butter
  • For the Filling
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small tomato thinly sliced
  • 1 small avocado sliced
  • 4 slices cooked turkey or ham optional
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • For the Topping / Extras
  • ½ tsp paprika optional
  • Fresh basil leaves

Method
 

  1. Spread butter on bread, layer fillings, and assemble.
  2. Heat skillet; grill 3–4 minutes per side until golden and bubbling.
  3. Check texture and allow slight cooling.
  4. Slice diagonally and serve warm.
