Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 4 fish fillets 150–200g each
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Marinade
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Topping
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • Fresh parsley
  • Lemon slices

Method
 

  1. Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Coat fish and marinate for 20–30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill fish 4–5 minutes per side until flaky.
  5. Brush butter, rest briefly, and serve.
