Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup croutons
  • Dressing
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • Topping
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

Method
 

  1. Wash and chop romaine lettuce.
  2. Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add lettuce and croutons to a bowl.
  4. Toss with dressing.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan and parsley before serving.

Notes

Add dressing just before serving.
 Use fresh Parmesan for the best flavor.
