Ingredients
  

  • Chicken Filling
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Taco Base
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • Creamy Taco Sauce
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and add shredded chicken with spices.
  2. Cook until warm and slightly golden, then add lime juice.
  3. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  4. Fill each tortilla with seasoned chicken.
  5. Add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and cilantro.
  6. Drizzle with creamy taco sauce and serve.

Notes

  • Store chicken filling in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Freeze cooked chicken filling for up to 2 months.
  • Add avocado or salsa for extra flavor.
  • Warm tortillas just before serving.
