Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 4 ears corn on the cob
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Butter Coating
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Topping Optional
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Remove husks and clean the corn.
  2. Brush with olive oil.
  3. Grill on medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Brush with butter mixture while hot.
  5. Add toppings and serve warm.

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days
  • Avoid overcooking to keep kernels juicy
