Ingredients
  

  • Salad Base
  • 3 cups green cabbage
  • 1 cup purple cabbage
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Topping
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons green onions
  • ¼ cup almonds or cashews

Method
 

  1. Shred cabbage and carrots and slice cucumber.
  2. Place vegetables in a bowl.
  3. Mix dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
  4. Toss vegetables with dressing.
  5. Add sesame seeds and nuts before serving.
