Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the chicken legs dry and place them in a large bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and season with salt pepper garlic powder paprika and herbs.
- Arrange the chicken legs on the baking sheet with space between each piece.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Brush the honey soy glaze on top during the last few minutes if desired.
- Let the chicken rest for several minutes before serving.

- Pat the chicken dry for crispier skin.
- Use a baking rack for better air circulation.
- Honey can be replaced with maple syrup.
