Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with a wire rack.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  3. Toss wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, and seasoning mix.
  4. Arrange wings on the rack with space between each piece.
  5. Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Toss the hot wings with butter, hot sauce, honey, and garlic powder.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
