Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 500 g brussel sprouts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Flavor Boost
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Topping Optional
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze

Method
 

  1. Trim and halve the brussel sprouts.
  2. Toss with oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and honey.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill sprouts for 8–10 minutes until charred and tender.
  5. Drizzle lemon juice and add toppings before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days
  • Reheat in oven for best texture
  • Add spices for extra flavor
  • Avoid overcooking to prevent bitterness
