Ingredients
  

  • For the Chicken Base
  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • For the Coating
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • For the Sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Season the chicken tenderloins with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a bowl mix flour, breadcrumbs, oregano, parsley, and smoked paprika.
  3. Coat each chicken tenderloin evenly in the flour mixture.
  4. Cook in a hot skillet or oven until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
