Method
- Cook pasta according to package instructions and cool completely.
- In a large bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, and seasonings.
- Add pasta, tuna, vegetables, and parsley to the bowl.
- Gently fold until everything is coated with the dressing.
- Chill the salad for 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with herbs or paprika and serve cold.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
- Add extra mayo if the salad becomes dry after chilling.
- Greek yogurt can replace part of the mayonnaise.
- Best served chilled for maximum flavor.
