Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • Filling Sauce
  • 2 cups tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • Topping
  • ½ cup cream
  • ¼ cup cheese
  • Fresh herbs

Method
 

  1. Boil pasta in salted water until tender.
  2. Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil.
  3. Add tomatoes and spices; cook until thick.
  4. Stir in cream and mix gently.
  5. Add pasta, combine, and garnish before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days
  • Add water while reheating if sauce thickens
