  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Topping
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream

  6. Add pasta and toss to coat.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top and cook until melted.

Notes

  • Add milk or broth when reheating to restore creaminess.
  • Ground turkey can replace beef for a lighter option.
  • Fresh cheese melts smoother than pre-shredded cheese.
  • Add jalapeños for extra heat.
