Ingredients
  

  • Chicken Base
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Filling
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Optional Topping
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice a pocket into each chicken breast carefully.
  3. Mix cream cheese, spinach, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, and seasoning.
  4. Fill each chicken breast with the mixture.
  5. Brush chicken with olive oil and sprinkle with spices.
  6. Bake until the chicken is golden and fully cooked.
  7. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Do not overstuff the chicken to prevent leaking.
  • Substitute cheeses if desired.
  • Allow chicken to rest before slicing.
