Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Filling
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Topping
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • ½ tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Shred the cooked chicken into soft strands.
  3. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  4. Stir in shredded chicken and cheddar cheese.
  5. Spread the mixture in a baking dish and sprinkle mozzarella and paprika on top.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
