Method
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until tender and reserve some pasta water.
- Heat olive oil and cook the seafood until lightly golden, then remove from the pan.
- Melt butter in the same pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Toss pasta with the sauce and add pasta water as needed.
- Return seafood to the pan, sprinkle parmesan and parsley, and serve warm.
