Ingredients
  

  • Pasta Base
  • 12 oz 340 g fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • Seafood Filling
  • 200 g shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 150 g scallops or mixed seafood
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Cream Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup reserved pasta water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until tender and reserve some pasta water.
  2. Heat olive oil and cook the seafood until lightly golden, then remove from the pan.
  3. Melt butter in the same pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Toss pasta with the sauce and add pasta water as needed.
  6. Return seafood to the pan, sprinkle parmesan and parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use fresh seafood for the best flavor.
  • Pasta water helps create a smooth sauce texture.
  • Add chili flakes for extra heat if desired.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
