  • 4 medium potatoes diced
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Creamy Finish
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a large pot and sauté onion until soft.
  2. Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
  3. Stir in potatoes, carrots, and celery.
