Method
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente and reserve some pasta water.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet and sauté mushrooms until golden brown.
- Add chopped onion and garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta and pasta water, tossing until evenly coated.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
