Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna 10 oz total, drained
  • ½ cup celery finely chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion finely diced
  • For the Dressing
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • For the Optional Topping
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Drain tuna and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Break tuna into flakes with a fork.
  3. Chop celery and onion finely.
  4. Mix dressing ingredients in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine tuna, vegetables, and dressing.
  6. Stir gently and chill before serving.
