Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Filling
  • 12 oz Italian sausage
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • Topping
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook sausage until browned.
  3. Add onion and garlic and cook until fragrant and soft.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce and heavy cream, letting the mixture simmer until slightly thick.
  5. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan and parsley on top before serving.
