Ingredients
  

  • For the Dough
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 ¼ teaspoons instant yeast
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • For the Sauce
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • For the Toppings
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup sliced bell peppers
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ¼ cup sliced olives
  • ½ cup cooked chicken or pepperoni optional
  • ¼ teaspoon chili flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil, then knead into a soft dough.
  3. Cover and let the dough rise for 30–40 minutes until doubled.
  4. Roll out the dough and place it on a baking tray.
  5. Spread pizza sauce evenly across the surface.
  6. Add cheese and your favorite toppings.
  7. Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 12–15 minutes until golden.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Use fresh mozzarella for the creamiest texture.
  • Dough can be made a day ahead and refrigerated.
