Ingredients
  

  • Base:
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 can 14 oz crushed tomatoes
  • Creamy Filling:
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Flavor Enhancers:
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil chopped
  • 1 tsp nutmeg optional

Method
 

  1. Sauté garlic and onion until golden.
  2. Add crushed tomatoes and simmer.
  3. Stir in cream until smooth.
  4. Add cheese, seasoning, and simmer 5–7 min.
  5. Finish with fresh basil and rest before serving.

Notes

  • Store in fridge up to 5 days; freeze up to 3 months.
  • Reheat gently on low heat.
  • Add herbs or sun-dried tomatoes for flavor twists.
  • Perfect for fettuccine, penne, or lasagna.
