Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Filling / Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¾ cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Topping
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • Red chili flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Boil pasta in salted water until tender and drain.
  2. Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add cream and milk and cook until warm and slightly bubbling.
  4. Stir in parmesan cheese and seasonings until smooth.
  5. Add pasta and toss until fully coated in the creamy sauce.
  6. Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days.
  • Add chicken, shrimp, or vegetables for variation.
  • If sauce thickens too much, add a little milk.
  • Fresh parmesan improves flavor and texture.
