Ingredients
  

  • Pasta Base
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Topping
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • Optional red chili flakes

Method
 

  1. Boil salted water and cook pasta until tender.
  2. Heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add heavy cream and gently warm the sauce.
  4. Stir in parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Toss cooked pasta with the creamy sauce until coated.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Add pasta water if the sauce becomes too thick.
  • Fresh parmesan improves flavor and texture.
