Ingredients
Method
- Spread softened butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place two slices butter-side down in a skillet over medium-low heat.
- Layer cheddar, mozzarella, and cream cheese on top of the bread.
- Place remaining bread slices on top with butter side facing up.
- Cook 3–4 minutes per side until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
- Let rest briefly, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use medium-low heat to melt cheese evenly.
- Let sandwiches rest before slicing to keep filling intact.
- Swap cheeses for Gouda, Swiss, or Monterey Jack.
- Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in a skillet.
