  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Topping
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup kiwi slices
  • ½ cup mandarin oranges
  • ¼ cup raspberries

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare the cookie dough.
  2. Press dough onto a pizza pan to form a crust.
  3. Bake until edges are lightly golden.
  4. Cool completely before adding toppings.
  5. Spread cream cheese frosting evenly.
  6. Arrange fresh fruit on top and chill before slicing.
