Ingredients
  

  • Pasta Base
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast
  • Creamy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Topping
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until tender, then drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and warm the chicken until lightly golden.
  3. Melt butter in the pan, sauté garlic, and add cream and chicken broth.
  4. Simmer the sauce until slightly thickened.
  5. Add pasta and chicken to the sauce and stir until creamy.
  6. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan before serving.

  • Add a splash of milk while reheating to keep the sauce creamy.
