Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 250 g whole wheat pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Filling / Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Topping / Add-ins
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until tender.
  2. Sauté garlic and vegetables until slightly soft.
  3. Add milk, yogurt, and cheese to create sauce.
  4. Mix pasta into the sauce and toss well.
  5. Let rest briefly, then serve warm.

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days
  • Add milk when reheating for creaminess
