Ingredients
  

  • Turkey Base
  • lbs ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Creamy Filling
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Topping
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook ground turkey until browned.
  2. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Melt butter and sauté garlic in the same pan.
  4. Stir in flour and cook briefly.
  5. Slowly whisk in chicken broth and cream.
  6. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
  7. Stir in parmesan and combine with the turkey mixture.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella and cook until melted and slightly golden.
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
