Ingredients

  • 500 g ground sausage
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Filling
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Topping / Sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the ground sausage until browned.
  2. Add chopped onions and cook until soft.
  3. Stir in garlic and seasonings.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and cream, then simmer until slightly thick.
  5. Add butter and parmesan and stir until creamy.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
