Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • Filling
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Topping
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook ground beef until browned.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Stir in broth, cream, cream cheese, and seasonings. Simmer until smooth.
  4. Add cooked pasta and mix until fully coated.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan on top and cook until melted and bubbling.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
