  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Topping
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until just tender, then drain.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet with onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce and seasonings, then simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Spread pasta in a baking dish and top with the beef mixture.
  5. Spread sour cream evenly over the beef layer.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan on top.
  7. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly with a golden top.
