Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Filling
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Topping
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet until browned.
  3. Add garlic, tomato paste, and seasoning; cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in broth and cream and simmer until slightly thick.
  5. Mix in cooked pasta and transfer to a baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle cheeses evenly over the top.
  7. Bake until cheese melts and becomes lightly golden.
  8. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • Pasta can be replaced with rice or potatoes.
