  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 2 cups grilled chicken breast chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Filling
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Topping
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a casserole dish.
  2. Mix cooked pasta and grilled chicken in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together cream, cream cheese, chicken broth, and seasonings.
  4. Combine sauce with pasta mixture and spread in baking dish.
  5. Add cheeses, breadcrumbs, and melted butter on top.
  6. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  7. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Let the casserole rest before serving for better texture.
  • Rotisserie chicken can replace grilled chicken.
