Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts 400 g
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Filling
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Topping
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Slice grilled chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  4. Add cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
  5. Mix in grilled chicken, cheeses, and seasonings.
  6. Transfer to baking dish and add topping cheeses.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms or spinach.
  • Avoid overbaking to keep the chicken juicy.
  • Rotisserie chicken can replace grilled chicken.
