Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Filling / Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Topping
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Extra parmesan cheese for garnish

Method
 

  1. Season chicken thighs with salt pepper and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden.
  3. Remove chicken and melt butter in the same pan.
  4. Cook garlic until fragrant then add cream and broth.
  5. Stir in parmesan cheese and seasoning until sauce thickens.
  6. Return chicken to the pan and simmer until fully cooked.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
