Ingredients
  

  • Chicken
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Garlic Sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • ¾ cup low-fat cream or half-and-half
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Garnish
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Extra Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet and sear chicken until golden.
  3. Remove chicken and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add broth, cream, Parmesan, and seasoning to create the sauce.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer until fully cooked.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Add spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
  • Serve with brown rice or roasted vegetables.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
