Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 tablespoon salt for boiling water
  • Filling
  • 2 chicken breasts sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Topping / Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook seasoned chicken until golden and cooked through.
  3. Melt butter in the same pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add cream and chicken broth, then simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Stir in parmesan cheese, cooked pasta, and chicken. Toss until evenly coated.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Add a splash of milk when reheating to loosen the sauce.
