Ingredients
  

  • For the Chicken Base
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • For the Creamy Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • For the Topping
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the dish and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together cream, chicken broth, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken evenly.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake another 5 minutes until melted.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Add mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor.
  • Use chicken thighs for a juicier result.
